OUR COMPANY

Minerva Bio was founded in 1956 as a family-run agricultural company producing table grapes and citrus fruit; located in the "Terre delle Gravine", in Castellaneta in the province of Taranto.
Over the years the cultivation method has been converted from conventional to organic, to preserve the stability and therefore the sustainability of the agro-ecosystem, the quality of the local and global environment and, above all, food safety towards the consumer.

The production varieties that Minerva Bio offers

Table Grapes

Grape is a fruit rich in nutritional elements given the high presence of mineral salts, vitamins and sugars is refreshing and purifying and at the same time nourishing and energetic. These are the varieties of grapes that our produces: Italy (with seeds); Autumn Giant, Crimson, Vitro Black (without seeds).

Oranges

Oranges are an important source of vitamins, especially C and A, but also a large part of those in group B. They favor the strengthening of bones and teeth, but also of cartilages, tendons and ligaments. These are the varieties that our company produces: Red Oranges, Oranges, Lane Late.

Lemons

Lemons are foods rich in vitamin C, allies of the immune system and useful for the health of the skin and to promote digestion. Rich in antioxidants it is one of the anti-cholesterol foods par excellence. There are the varieties of lemons produced by us: Lemons Verna, Lemons Femminello Siracusano.

Clementines

Clementines are anti-inflammatory and natural antiviral rich in vitamins C so perfect for preventing and fighting the flu, but also asthma and allergies.
Our production: Clementina Corsica 2,
Clementina Hernandina, Clementina Mandalate and Clemenruby.
